The idea for Powered By Racing came when I struggled to find a place that regularly updates great stuff that us, the racing fan, wanted to purchase. Through mindlessly browsing the internet, I discovered so many amazing companies and products that I had never seen anywhere before. I figured there were many more fans like me who would love to know they existed. Sure, there are other buyer’s guides out there for men in general. But I wanted a buyers guide specifically for the racing fan. Thus, Powered by Racing was born.
So why “Powered by Racing”?
The phrase “Powered By” has been seen famously throughout the history of racing in the form of “Powered by Ford”, “Powered by Honda”, “Powered by BMW” and so on. Since this site is motivated by a passion for racing, “Powered by Racing” fit like a glove.
